Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

15-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • You must have proof of purchase (your order number)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear

  • Beauty & grooming tools

  • Personalized items (if any)

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@seasia.store with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll guide you through the steps and provide the return address if eligible

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method

Note: We don’t cover return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
